Name of the project:  Special CMS system for business process improvements from EMSO EMS

Short description of the project:


A special CMS system for business process improvements of EMSO EMS will optimize the business of EMSO e-mobility solutions doo by providing solutions for managing service logs and installation of charging stations for electric vehicles, offers and customer relations (CMS-Content Management System), marketing and asset and risk management.

The target groups of the project are the company and its employees, and business partners and clients will also benefit.

The company thus solved the challenge of the lack of a structured and presentable database, as well as the incoherence of data on end users and partners, which resulted in poorer competitiveness and slowness of business processes.

Therefore, a special CMS system was developed to improve the business processes of EMSO EMS, all for the purpose of generating savings in financial, human, time and material resources of business processes.

Objectives and expected results of the project:


The aim of the project was to invest in the development of a specific software solution for managing records, supply and customer relations (CMS-Content Management System), which will lead to the optimization of business processes.

The development and implementation of the SaaS Web application will enable the management of field records and business offers by employees. The web application will enable unique historical records of field records on the installation and servicing of electric charging stations. Based on historical data, employees will be able to efficiently parameterize offers and invoices sent to customers as well
reduce the number of errors. The web application will lead to the standardization of the whole process as the ultimate goal.

The minutes and offer management web application will replace the oral implementation of work tasks in the current internal business communication, which will improve the framework of employee engagement focused on sales and marketing, all according to the precise known specification of the requested service and customer access method.

The development and implementation of the SaaS Web application for managing minutes and bids will enable statistical monitoring of completed tasks and monitoring of employee performance.


The goal of the Web application is the maximum estimate of the time spent per task. This assessment will lead to a more accurate assessment of human resources in supply, ie to the reduction of losses, the possibility of analytics, planning and reporting.
